Mundo Sapiens es un juego educativo que se ejecuta en el navegador, dirigido a niños de 6 a 16 años y a los adultos que los acompañan. Se puede usar sin registro. Quien crea una cuenta accede además a la Zona de padres y a la sincronización entre dispositivos.Mundo Sapiens is an educational game that runs in the browser, aimed at children aged 6 to 16 and the adults alongside them. It can be used without signing up. Those who create an account additionally get the Parents' Zone and synchronisation across devices.
El servicio se presta «tal cual», en versión de pruebas: puede contener errores, cambiar de forma o interrumpirse temporalmente mientras se desarrolla.The service is provided "as is", in a testing version: it may contain errors, change shape or be temporarily interrupted while it is being developed.
3. Condiciones de uso3. Terms of use
- La cuenta la crea un adulto. Al registrarte confirmas que eres mayor de edad y que ostentas la patria potestad o tutela del menor cuyo progreso vas a ver.The account is created by an adult. On registering you confirm that you are of legal age and hold parental responsibility or guardianship over the child whose progress you will see.
- El uso es personal y familiar. No está permitido usar el servicio para fines comerciales, ni revenderlo, ni extraer su contenido de forma masiva y automatizada.Use is personal and family-based. Using the service commercially, reselling it, or extracting its content in bulk by automated means is not permitted.
- No está permitido intentar acceder a datos de otras familias, alterar el funcionamiento del servicio ni introducir código dañino.Attempting to access other families' data, interfering with the service or introducing harmful code is not permitted.
- La cuenta y el enlace de acceso son personales. Eres responsable de que tu correo no quede al alcance de terceros.The account and the sign-in link are personal. You are responsible for keeping your email out of others' reach.
4. Cuentas gratuitas y regla de los 60 días4. Free accounts and the 60-day rule
Si una cuenta gratuita pasa 60 días sin actividad, se borra junto con su progreso. Es una regla de la casa para no acumular datos de familias que ya no usan el servicio, y está explicada también en la política de privacidad. No aplica a las cuentas de pago mientras la suscripción esté activa.If a free account goes 60 days without activity, it is deleted together with its progress. It is a house rule to avoid piling up data from families who no longer use the service, and it is explained in the privacy policy too. It does not apply to paid accounts while the subscription is active.

El código, los textos, las ilustraciones, los personajes, las voces, la música y el diseño del sitio pertenecen a su titular o se usan con licencia. El contenido educativo se elabora con cuidado, pero es material divulgativo: no sustituye al colegio, ni a un profesor, ni a una evaluación pedagógica, ni a un diagnóstico profesional. La Zona de padres describe lo que un niño hace jugando; no es un diagnóstico ni una valoración de sus capacidades, y no debe usarse como tal.The educational content is prepared with care, but it is explanatory material: it does not replace school, a teacher, an educational assessment or a professional diagnosis. The Parents' Zone describes what a child does while playing; it is not a diagnosis or an assessment of their abilities, and must not be used as one.
Dentro de lo que permita la ley, el titular no responde de interrupciones del servicio, pérdidas de progreso guardado sólo en el navegador ni daños derivados de un uso distinto al previsto.
